In Phase 1, we'll focus on the basics of healthy living including fitness/workouts, breaking bad habits, restructuring mindset, reducing stress, increasing energy, creating a routine, and motivation strategies

Phase 1 includes:

  • 6, 45-minute weekly coaching sessions on Zoom
  • 1, 45-minute initial assessment Zoom
  • Post-session summary with notes/action steps to complete before next session
  • Email/text support

In Phase 2, we'll focus on integrating what we learned in Phase 1 to ensure long-term adherence and sustainability, as well as implement specific behavior change methods to facilitate change on a deeper level
