I AM FIERCE - GIRLS PROGRAM
2025 Dates:
6th-8th Grade: Jan 6 - Feb 12 Mar 11 - Apr 17
3rd-5th Grade: Feb 26 - Apr 2
A 6-week girl's health & fitness program designed to educate, inspire, and empower young girls, grades 3rd - 10th, through physical and mental fitness to develop confidence & belief in themselves!
OUR I AM FIERCE MISSION
To educate girls, grades 3rd - 10th, on the impact physical strength has on mental strength.
Teaching through this powerful combination of physical and mental coaching, we empower girls to recognize their unique abilities and individual strengths, allowing them to build confidence, self-esteem, and improved physical fitness.
Our program is also coached and experienced as a FIERCE Team to create camaraderie, support, and friendship which is challenging during this age, particularly for those girls that aren’t involved in organized sports.
Every girl that participates in “I AM FIERCE” will experience improvement in physical fitness, the ability to make informed nutrition choices, improved confidence and self-esteem, and a mental capacity to manage time, stress/anxiety, and life balance.
SCHEDULE
Our "I AM FIERCE" 6-week sessions will run between January 6th - April 17th, 2025.
3rd-5th Grade: Meets every Wednesday 1pm-2pm from Feb 26th - Apr 2nd.
6th-8th Grade: First session meets every Mon/Wed, 3:15pm-4:30pm from Jan 6th - Feb 12*
* We will not meet on Monday, 1/20, due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day
6th-8th Grade: Second session meets every Tue/Thu, 3:15pm-4:30pm from Mar 11 - Apr 17.

I wholeheartedly believe that “I AM FIERCE” will teach young girls that their FIERCE is possible. The place where they believe in their ability to do anything.
We believe that young girls can be empowered through healthy bodies and minds, self-acceptance, and community to challenge themselves to try anything they desire.
“I AM FIERCE” will allow young girls to find their voice at an age which has the ability to impact their lives forever.

MEET COACH CRISTINA
In 2018 after moving to Wellesley from Boston, Cristina joined FIERCE by Choice as a Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor. She holds nationally accredited certifications including ACE and STOTT Pilates and teaches a wide variety of formats including Pilates, Total Body Conditioning, Barre, Step Aerobics, Barre, HIIT among others. Growing up as a dancer, Cristina loves to find and share the joy of movement while bringing people together. Dance and performing has been a lifelong passion of hers. She has danced professionally for sports teams and is a member of the Cambridge Dance Company. Cristina lives in Wellesley, MA with her husband and two daughters.
MEET COACH JULIA
Coach Julia is a new member to our FIERCE Training Team, but not definitely not new to the “FIERCE” motto and lifestyle!
She began her career in strength training at the age of 16, self taught and built throughout high school. Her passion for fitness evolved, branching into other related sports like powerlifting and boxing.
Outside of fitness, Julia finds her safe and happy places in nature hikes with her son and rescue pup, browsing antique and thrift stores, or cozied UP, slippers ON - stress OFF!
Coach Julia is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AAI/ISMA Sports Nutrition Consultant Certified, a 3x, 1st Place RPS Professional Powerlifter in New England, and the Head Trainer at Rumble Boxing in Natick, MA.
