Even if you wouldn’t label it as such, you already have numerous habits, rituals, a morning routine, a nighttime routine, and many other habitual behaviors that seemingly go unnoticed by you mostly because they are automatic at this point.
The way you spend your time reflects your top priorities, even if they don't match what you think or want you priorities to be... at a much deeper, subconscious level, what we do is ultimately how we experience our days and our lives.
So as you reflect on what your day to day looks like NOW – let me encourage you with this:
It doesn’t have to stay this way. In fact, we can BREAK FREE of the things we’ve always done. We can BREAK FREE from habits and rituals that no longer serve us. We have the power to TRANSFORM into our healthiest selves with new routines, habits, behaviors, and lives that honor our values and priorities.
Breaking free starts with the realization that you do not want to stay where you are and the decision to begin to make changes... no matter how small these changes may be.
