Let’s be real—this holiday can sometimes feel over-commercialized, making us question our relationships or compare our lives to movie-worthy romances. But what if we flipped the script?
💗 What if this week became a reminder to show yourself more kindness, respect, appreciation, and love?
💗 What if, for the next five days, you poured into yourself the way you often do for others?

At FIERCE, we know self-love isn’t just about spa days and shopping sprees (though, hey, no judgment if that’s your thing 😉). True self-love means doing the deep, intentional work—
✨ Holding yourself accountable
✨ Trusting your intuition
✨ Living in alignment with what feels right
✨ Meeting yourself with patience, forgiveness, and acceptance
It’s about knowing who you are, what you want, and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up. And while that’s not what you’ll find on a Hallmark card, we know that FIERCE love is self-love.
So here are three powerful ways to show yourself big love today and every day:
💌 Speak to yourself with kindness
Let’s be honest—we can be our own worst critics. What if, instead of tearing yourself down, you practiced speaking to yourself with the same compassion you’d offer a friend? Try this:
✨ Grab a couple of sticky notes and write down positive mantras or reminders—things like "I am strong," "I am enough," or "I trust myself." Stick them on your mirror, laptop, or anywhere you’ll see them daily.
✨ Take a few minutes to reflect on what you're proud of—things you’ve done, learned, shared, or overcome. Sometimes, we need to remind ourselves just how far we’ve come.
🌿 Spend quality time with YOU
When was the last time you did something just for you? Sometimes, being alone with our thoughts can feel uncomfortable, but that’s often where the real magic happens.
✨ Make a date with yourself this week—cook a meal you love, go for a walk, journal, or do something that fills your soul. Get to know yourself again… and love yourself even more.
💪 Remember who you are and what you’re worth
Take a moment to reflect on everything you’ve overcome to get here. You are stronger, wiser, and more resilient because of your experiences. Try one of these simple ways to honor your journey:
✨ Scroll through old photos – Look back at moments that remind you of your strength, joy, or growth. Maybe it’s a picture from a time when you felt powerful, accomplished, or simply happy. Pause and reflect on what that version of you would tell this version of you.
✨ Journaling prompt – Set a timer for five minutes and write: "A challenge I’ve faced and overcome is…" or "Something I’m proud of myself for is…" You might be surprised by what comes up when you put pen to paper.
✨ Make a 'Wins' list – Grab your phone or a notepad and jot down three things—big or small—that you’ve achieved in the last year. It could be as simple as showing up for yourself more, setting boundaries, or making a tough decision. Give yourself credit for being you.
