Trust me, as a fitness professional, it’s not easy. It’s not easy to spend time thinking about and prioritizing what *I* really need, instead of projecting what I *should* be doing as someone who specializes in all things health, fitness, and wellness.
As hard as it is, I’m willing to bet there’s a few *should’s* you’re ready to let go of.

You’ve got to spend some time putting YOU first again. When we talk about food, fuel, and fitness, at the end of the day, these choices are all FOR YOU and the lifestyle you want to have; not to have the body, diet, or lifestyle that other people say you should.
