Build your own daily rituals
So, here’s how you get started:
Pick 3 habits for the morning and 3 habits for nighttime and start them tomorrow. Yes, just 3 (well, I guess 6!) But you could also focus on JUST building an AM routine first, and then focus on building a PM routine.
I meant what I said–choose YOUR own adventure!
You can add more in later, but it’s best to start small.
Pick the ones that resonate with you the most. Do them every morning immediately after you wake up and whenever you deem your “wind down” time to be and try it for the next 30 days.
