Good Tuesday Morning! I hope this email finds you feeling good, inside and out. I've been wanting to share this email for a while and didn't feel like it was ever the right time... until now...mostly because it comes up at least once a day and partly because of the time of year. The topic that many of us can relate to: weight loss. It's a goal that often occupies our minds, especially as summer approaches, and one that can feel like "if only" it happened, everything else would fall into place. However, I believe that in our pursuit of weight loss, we often overlook the most crucial element for sustainable change: addressing the root of our habits and behaviors. If we are holding extra weight, it is a symptom, not a cause; and just focusing on losing the weight is like avoiding surgery or take the time for rest and true recovery for a serious injury by taking Advil everyday... sound familiar? Rather than solely focusing on shedding pounds, I'd like to offer you a different perspective—one that emphasizes creating clarity, consistency, and lasting results. I firmly believe that by addressing the underlying habits and behaviors that contribute to our weight, we can achieve long-term success.
