In addition to keeping your intentions in consistent eyesight, in order to pursue your intentions wholeheartedly, your schedule and mindset might need a reboot.
Here’s a few shifts that will help you stick to those intentions:
1. Develop a NEW routine.
Remember at the beginning of the summer when we said it’s okay to change things up? Well, the end of the season brings another opportunity for change. And that’s OK! Honestly, it’s probably something we’re all even craving. We’re not meant for summer all year long.
Take stock of what life will look like when summer ends and fall begins. Build a routine that will work for your new shift in schedule, not against it. Let your intentions GUIDE how you structure your time.
2. Get moving!

3. Say NO to negativity (aka put down your phone!)
There’s no better way to lose time and energy than by scrolling endlessly on social media! Remember, social media is a highlight reel–don’t compare your real life to someone else’s bright-and-shining moments. Comparison is the thief of joy and social media is the thief of time! Stop scrolling, and start living out those intentions!
