The easiest way to sneak in vitamins and veggies is via a smoothie. It’s cold, thirst-quenching, and perfect for on-the-go.
Not only do I love a portable meal, but smoothies have endless possibilities! You can have a different kind everyday and not get bored.
Just follow this simple formula for smoothie success:
#FAB4SMOOTHIE FORMULA
- Protein (20g min)
- Fiber (10g min)
- 1 Tbsp. Fat (such as nut butter or avocado)
- Handful Greens
- 1/4 Cup Fruit
- Superfoods (such as maca, goji berries, spiraling, etc)
- Liquid of choice (1 cup)
