Problems? Nah. We've got solutions.
Yes! It's an honor to be the place you've chosen to help you with your health, wellness, fitness, confidence and community!
I still pinch myself that I get to do this as my "job"... ha! I hit the jackpot and am grateful we can be on this path together.
Here are a few ways that our beautiful tribe has shared how we've helped over the years:
- Lack of motivation to exercise regularly: Many of us struggle to find the motivation to exercise on a regular basis, which can lead to a lack of progress towards fitness goals. We provide workout plans, classes, accountability, and support to help you stay motivated and consistent with your exercise routine.

- Uncertainty about proper form and technique: It's common to feel uncertain about your ability to perform exercises with proper form and technique. At FIERCE, we hone this in with active coaching during all class to ensure you know what you're doing and feel more confident in your workouts. We also personalize our coaching by giving you all the options you need to stay safe and comfortable.
- Inefficient workouts: Many people may not see the results they want because they are not using their time in the gym effectively. FIERCE provides personalized workout plans and guidance on how to structure workouts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lack of knowledge about nutrition: Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving fitness goals, but many people may not have a good understanding of what they should be eating to fuel their workouts and support their health. We offer personalized nutrition coaching and guidance to help you make healthier choices and achieve their goals.

One of the things I LOVE most about what we do in the FIERCE life, is that we cater to women who are in their 50's and 60's and beyond (with a few in the 30's & 40's too, like me).
This can be a forgotten group of women but we've learned is that this is when life is the BEST because we have the time and desire to finally prioritize ourselves and health.
Here are some of the ways we help women specifically in this group:
- Age-related decline in muscle mass and strength: As women age, we usually experience a decline in muscle mass and strength, which can make it more difficult to perform everyday activities and stay active. We provide targeted strength training exercise to help you maintain and build muscle mass, improve overall strength increase your energy levels.
- Joint pain and stiffness: Many women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s may experience joint pain and stiffness, which can make it difficult to exercise and perform daily activities. FIERCE has options for everyone, as well as personalized guidance on stretching and mobility exercises to help improve joint health and reduce pain.
- Hormonal changes: Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s may experience hormonal changes that can affect their energy levels, mood, and overall health. FIERCE provides personalized guidance on nutrition and exercise to support hormonal health and help you manage any symptoms you may be experiencing.
- Lack of confidence: Some women may feel self-conscious about their bodies or their ability to exercise, particularly when hormones shift and our bodies do very strange things. We offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment, as well as personalized coaching and guidance, to help you build confidence and fiercely love the skin you're in!
