It's hard to believe that it's the last Tuesday in April... ah, spring... I love the energy Spring brings: newness, endless possibilities, an “out with the old, in with the new” mentality, renewed hope that things can change, and a reminder that seasons of growth always follow seasons of darkness. And while I'm ready to break free from my winter cocoon and emerge a new creation, sometimes I need to just focus on the small things and rebuild my foundation. We’ve been focusing on tiny but mighty habits that can make a world of difference for you. We’ve talked about the importance of water, walking, and sleep: simple and effective daily goals that are low lift but have a huge impact on our emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Focusing on these “boring basics” – like sleep, water, and walking – will strengthen your foundation, allowing you to tackle bigger goals and challenges in the future. Like I’ve said each week, if you find yourself saying, "I already know that...", ask yourself, "But, am I doing that?" |
